A natural concentrate of Vichy thermal waters, these mineral salts can be used to create a drinking water with antacid properties, particularly effective for relieving difficult digestion, restoring acid-base balance or supporting muscular effort.
Specific References
Consumption recommendations, to be adapted to each situation:
- as a preventive measure or to rebalance a predominantly acidic diet, consume 1 to 2 glasses daily. In case of acid-base imbalance, gradually increase the dose;
- in case of gastric pain or difficult digestion: 1 to 2 glasses;
- during sports activities: include mineral salts in preparation, exercise and recovery drinks, at a level of 5 g/L.
Avoid combining mineral salts with acidic products (e.g. lemon juice). Bicarbonates will be converted into gas, losing some of the benefits of the drink!
