ISO ZERO contains over 83% whey protein (WPI, WPC), one of the purest sources of protein. This 83% protein comes solely from whey: no synthetic amino acids, collagen or gluten are added (100% from whey). Its chemical index of over 100 is further proof of its quality. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Use as part of a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Close jar tightly between uses. Store away from heat, light and moisture.

On training days: take 1 scoop of 30g in 150 to 200ml of water one hour before training, then another scoop of 30g just after training to provide the muscles with the proteins they need for muscle development.

On rest days: take 1 scoop of 30g in 150 to 200ml of water as a snack at 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. in the evening before bedtime.
