Use twice a day.
Particularly effective in the morning and evening after brushing.
Pour 20ml (4 x 5ml teaspoons) into a glass, rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.

Aqua, Sorbitol, Propylene glycol, Poloxamer 407, Sodium lauryl sulfate, Aroma, Eucalyptol, Zinc chloride, Benzoic acid, Sodium benzoate, Methyl salicylate, Thymol, Sodium saccharin, Sodium fluoride, Menthol, Sucralose, CI 16035, CI 42090. Contains sodium fluoride (220ppm F).

Do not use in children under 6 years of age. If you use fluoride supplements, consult your dentist.

très bon produit, surtout en goût plus léger qu'on ne troue pas facilement en grande surface ou parapharmacie, car l'identique goût menthe est trop fort. Le prix ici très attractif beaucoup d'écart avec les magasins.

Je l'utilise tout le temps, et très grand bénéfice pour mes problèmes de gencives et de tartre. Le goût menthe lègère est bien plus agréable que le total Care 0 menthe fraiche.
