After cleaning your nails with the specially designed cap, simply moisten the pencil and run it under the free edge of the nail.

Clean under the nail with the cap. Moisten pencil lead and apply under free edge of nail. Then polish nails with pink POLISH, for a natural shine; and/or apply a protective base coat, followed by a colorless or pastel polish and a fixative.
