Take 3 tablets to suck, spread throughout the day.
Take 1 tablet swallowed: morning, noon and evening.
5-day program.

Sucking tablets: grape fructose, bromelain extracted from pineapple stem and fruit(Ananas comosus) (2500 GDU/g), bulking agents: calcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose, acerola berry concentrate(Malpighia glabra) standardized in natural vitamin C, anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, essential oil of peppermint flowering top(Mentha piperita), essential oil of eucalyptus globulus leaf(Eucalyptus globulus).

Swallowable tablets: andrographis leaf extract(Andrographis paniculata), bulking agents: calcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose, rosemary leaf extract(Rosmarinus officinalis), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, selenium (selenomethionine), copper (bisglycinate), propolis, essential oil of peppermint flowerhead(Mentha piperita), essential oil of common thyme flowerhead(Thymus vulgaris), essential oil of eucalyptus globulus leaf(Eucalyptus globulus), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Tablet coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, emulsifier: stearic acid.
