DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA per day.

Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal psychological functions.

Calcium contributes to normal neurotransmission.

To be used, for a limited period, as a complement to a balanced and varied diet, which alone ensures a good nutritional balance. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking anticoagulants and ginkgo biloba at the same time, consult your doctor. Not recommended for people taking antidepressants, pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Use

1 to 2 tablets a day in the morning.
