Made from purified water and sodium chloride, physiological serum gently cleanses and disinfects. It can be used for wound cleansing by rinsing the wound beforehand and using a full dose. It is also recommended not to bring the single-dose container into contact with the wound. Excess saline should be wiped off healthy skin only.
