When using for the first time, use a small amount of cream. Excessive amounts can cause the cream to overflow. Finding the right amount may take a few tries. Apply 1 time/day for good hold. If you need to apply more than 1 time/day, ask your dentist for advice.
Application:
Apply 1 time/day to a clean, dry appliance, in short strips.
Rinse your mouth, put your appliance back on, holding it firmly, then bite down for good fixation.
Removal:
Rinse your mouth out with lukewarm water, then gently remove the appliance.
Remove any cream residue from the device and your mouth with lukewarm water and a soft brush.
Thoroughly clean the appliance with Polident cleaning tablets every day and rinse with water.
