Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 5 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 5 drops - 200 mg. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
For menopause: HECT Clary Sage 1 drop + HECT Sage officinale 1 drop + HECT Star Anise 1 drop on cane sugar or HV in the mouth 2 times a day, 5 days out of 7, continuously.
Massage a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil for local application.
