Originating in India and cultivated in southern Europe and California, the lemon is one of the most useful fruits in natural medicine. The essence is obtained by cold expression of the outer part of the fruit rind. It takes around 3,000 lemons to obtain 1 kg of essence. Its properties are so numerous that it is used systematically and with real success for an infinite number of ailments. The essence neutralizes Eberth's bacillus and staphylococcus in 5 minutes, and Loeffer's bacillus (diphtheria) in 20 minutes. As with all citrus fruits, its essential oil is obtained by cold expression of the outer part of the fruit rind.

External use: 2 drops of lemon essential oil + 2 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil on the skin to be treated, applied locally 2 times a day.
Internal use : consult your doctor.
A natural antibacterial for the household: add 10 drops of lemon essential oil to your household water.
To clear the air and lift the spirits of depressed people : diffuse 20 drops of lemon essential oil, 10 drops of sweet orange, 15 drops of rosewood essential oil and 5 drops of Scots pine essential oil.
