Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) a day.
Cosmetic use: Suitable for dry, sensitive skin (hands, breasts, baby's bottom). Use in case of cracks, roughness and itching.
Shaving: All hairy areas can be shaved with sweet almond oil. After cleansing and gently exfoliating the area to be shaved, apply Sweet Almond Oil generously, massage to lift the hair, then shave with a clean, new blade.
