Specific References

To bring out the full flavour, pour boiling water directly onto the bag. Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes for varieties containing tea, and up to 15 minutes for infusions. And don't forget to boil only as much water as you need for your cup, limiting your energy consumption and making your Pukka cup as long-lasting as possible.

Chamomile flower (18%), licorice root, sweet fennel seed (12%), wild fennel seed (12%), oat flowering tops, cardamom pod, ginger root, marshmallow root (10%).
