Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (i.e. 0.2ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar).
Equivalence : 1 ml= 30 drops
Rosmarinus officinalis verbenoniferum Essential Oil.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use undiluted, or mix with water. Keep out of reach of children.
