Specific References
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (i.e. 0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar). Do not use undiluted or mix with water.
Equivalence : 1ml =31 drops
Mentha × piperita Essential Oil
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be used by children under 7 years of age, by pregnant women (especially during the first 3 months of pregnancy) or nursing mothers, by people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders, or by people allergic to essential oils.
